Dropt is operated by Dropt AI Ltd. Dropt is an 18+ dating and matching service designed to help people connect. Features and availability may change over time.

Eligibility and Use

Dropt is available only to users 18 years of age or older. You may use Dropt only if you can lawfully enter into these terms and comply with applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for your activity on the service.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use

You must use Dropt respectfully and lawfully. You may not misuse the service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Dropt to harass, exploit, or harm others.

Intellectual Property

Dropt and its content, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Dropt’s intellectual property.

Service Availability and Changes

Dropt may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Dropt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Dropt does not guarantee matches, compatibility, uninterrupted availability, or any particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Dropt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Dropt when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, when necessary to protect users or the service, or as otherwise permitted by law.

SMS Messaging Terms

Dropt is the messaging program and brand. If you voluntarily opt in, Dropt may send text messages about participation updates, account updates, and match notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, update your information with Dropt. Changes to These Terms
